He is the engagement lead for several emerging growth and listed clients. He has a broad range of clients and is specialized in companies whose head office is in Japan but that operate in the Netherlands. Maarten is a hands-on advisor in the field of expatriate taxation, international social security and (remote) cross‑border work situations. He acts as a sparring partner for HR Directors and Global Mobility leads, helps international executives with their global compliance and leads the Global Mobility services for the Japan Desk at Meijburg & Co.
