Sander began his career at KPMG Meijburg in 2015 and now has more than 11 years of tax experience. He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A), corporate income tax and international tax law. His main activities include giving M&amp;A transactions advice (including fiscal due diligence, setting up acquisition structures, funds flow modeling, assessment of purchase and sale agreements), setting up management participation plans, and issues related to corporate income tax and international tax law.

His sharp analytical skills and experience enable Sander to understand complex tax structures and provide effective solutions.
