BEPS Seminar: Will BEPS change the world?

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) intends to publish its final recommendations on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) at the beginning of October, 2015. This action plan is a response to the concern expressed by the G20 with respect to this issue. The G-20 will discuss these recommendations for final agreement in the course of 2015.

During this BEPS seminar, Meijburg & Co will provide a general overview of the results of the action points on combating base erosion and profit shifting as published in the OECD reports, including technical details, political assessments, implementation issues and related EU action points combating aggressive tax planning.
