Bart Wingen
Bart started his career at Meijburg in 2026, bringing with him over eleven years of experience in the tax field. His areas of expertise include, among others, international tax law, corporate income tax, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In addition, he has extensive experience with structuring, (distressed debt) restructurings, and debt & equity capital markets transactions.
Bart is known for his hands-on and pragmatic approach. He is highly solution-oriented and keeps a cool head even under time pressure and in demanding projects. Above all, Bart derives satisfaction from the teamwork required to successfully complete complex and challenging deals.
