Chris has been working at Meijburg since 2001 and has over 25 years of experience in the field. His specializations include international tax law and corporate tax, where he advises companies in the healthcare and shipping & offshore sectors.
Chris is also involved with Meijburg's Japan desk, providing tax advisory services for inbound investments by Japanese multinationals and trading houses. His work includes daily tax advisory for local or regional manufacturing and trading hubs, designing reorganizations, tax support on the buy-side and sell-side of mergers and acquisitions, and advising on investments in infrastructure and (renewable) energy.
Chris is known for his ability to achieve objectives amid cross-border tax and corporate governance dimensions, making him a valuable advisor to his clients.
