Frederieke is an attorney-at-law (advocaat), specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). She advises national and international clients, including multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital funds, entrepreneurs, and family businesses, on matters relating to corporate law, investments, and M&A transactions. Frederieke has over 15 years of experience in international corporate law, with a particular focus on governance, the corporate governance code, and listing regulations. She has been involved in both national and international transactions, including strategic acquisitions and private equity deals, as well as advising on disentanglement and the establishment of new governance structures. Her expertise includes corporate law advice, (vendor) due diligence, and transaction-related documentation.
Frederieke has held key roles in organizations such as DP Eurasia N.V., where she served as executive director and company secretary during its listing on the London Stock Exchange. Before this, she worked as senior corporate legal counsel at USG People N.V., which was listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Frederieke began her career in corporate law in 2007, working as a corporate and M&A lawyer at AKD and Boekel De Nerée (now Dentons).
