Janine is an attorney-at-law (advocaat), specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). She advises a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity funds and venture capital funds, entrepreneurs, and family businesses, on matters relating to corporate law, investments and M&A transactions. Janine has been involved in many national and international transactions, including strategic acquisitions, private equity deals and corporate real estate transactions. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements, conducting (vendor) due diligence investigations, coordinating the entire transaction process and preparing all ancillary legal documentation.
Janine graduated from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and broadened her international perspective during a semester at the Roehampton University in London.
