Juliëtte is an attorney-at-law (advocaat), specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). She advises both national and international companies, with a primary focus on M&A transactions. Juliëtte assists clients with corporate law matters and oversees the coordination of transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, conducting and managing (vendor) due diligence investigations, preparing shareholders’ agreements, and generally coordinating the transaction process as well as all related legal documentation.
Juliëtte graduated from the University of Leiden and broadened her international perspective during a semester at the University of Sydney in Australia.
Juliëtte’s strength lies in her ability to work in an organized and structured manner. She has a proactive attitude, which means she always thinks ahead and addresses potential challenges at an early stage. She is also approachable, making her a personable and reliable advisor for her clients.
