Mariska began her career at Meijburg in 1998 and now has more than 30 years of tax experience. She specializes in international tax law, corporate income tax, corporate clients and family & business. Mariska advises both national and international companies. Her clients include stock exchange listed multinationals, and companies held by private equity and family businesses operating in the financial, IT and leasing sectors. Mariska is particularly experienced in setting up tax-efficient (financing) structures, acquisitions and reorganizations. More specifically, she is also an expert in setting up employee and management participation structures.
