Mirte is an attorney-at-law (advocaat), specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). She advises clients in particular with regard to mergers and acquisitions, including auctions. Mirte has been involved in various national and international transactions, including strategic and private equity deals. Her expertise extends to the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, conducting and coordinating (vendor) due diligence investigations, shareholders’ agreements, as well as the overall coordination of transaction processes and the preparation of all relevant legal documentation.
Mirte has broad experience with M&A transactions, enabling her to develop a deep understanding of her clients’ objectives and requirements.
