Rafaelle works within Meijburg’s Legal team in the employment law department, where she specializes in complex employment law matters at both the collective and individual level. She focuses on advising national and international companies and, together with her team, provides comprehensive support in the field of Dutch employment law, offering strategic advice and tailor-made solutions.
In addition to her work for Meijburg, she is also an editor for AR Updates (Boom Juridisch).
