Sandy began her career at Meijburg in 2012 and now has almost 15 years of experience in the field. Her areas of expertise are people services, wage tax, and global mobility. Within people services, Sandy has a broad specialization and provides advice on complex tax and social security issues related to cross-border employment. She advises companies on assignments, terminations of employment, salary splits, internationally active directors, and international construction projects. In addition to providing advice, Sandy helps companies with their compliance, enabling her to offer a truly comprehensive package.
Her expertise in wage tax matters, such as the work-related costs scheme (WKR) and payroll, makes her a valuable partner for a wide range of clients. Sandy is known for her analytical skills and her ability to translate theory into practice. Within Meijburg, she is proud of her role as Head of Technical Knowledge for People Services.
