Lieke started her career at Meijburg in 2006 and after almost 20 years’ experience is now a seasoned tax advisor in Meijburg’s international tax practice. She specializes in corporate income tax, international tax law, the digital economy and Pillar 2. Lieke advises large and medium-sized multinationals on the consequences of new tax law at the national, EU and global level. For example, she frequently analyses the impact of Pillar 2 and proposes practical steps that should be taken. She also specializes in the tax aspects of cross-border activities, such as tax optimization, business transformation and cross-border tax planning.As a result of her experience as a corporate EU tax manager at a large US multinational, Lieke has affinity with the challenges and opportunities for corporate tax departments and she acts as a sparring partner for both tax and finance departments. In her role as Director, Lieke coordinates large projects in the Netherlands, where she helps clients prepare for new tax developments in the EU and elsewhere.Lieke is known for her ability to translate complex legislation into practical solutions for clients. Since joining KPMG Meijburg & Co in 2005 Dianne has advised companies on international and domestic taxation and has also managed several (cross-border) transfer pricing projects.  She heads the Transfer Pricing practice in the Netherlands.Dianne has helped companies to set up, implement and streamline their transfer pricing policies and prepare transfer pricing documentation and defend positions towards tax authorities. She has also coordinated global projects with foreign KPMG offices.Dianne has a leading role within the KPMG EMA network, where she focuses on operational transfer pricing initiatives and technology projects.Dianne has concluded unilateral and bilateral APAs with tax authorities in various EU countries. She is experienced in providing transfer pricing audit assistance and helps multinationals prepare their Country-by-Country reports and related analyses.Dianne has a focus on operational transfer pricing and transfer pricing automation opportunities and works closely together with KPMG’s tax technology experts in this respect. Disputes with tax authorities often stem from transfer pricing. Janneke has specialist expertise and extensive experience in transfer pricing. As a member of the Tax Controversy team, she is perfectly placed to not only advise clients on the procedural aspects of tax controversy and dispute resolution, but also to offer subject matter expertise and provide advisory input on clients’ transfer pricing policies. Janneke can also help to prevent disputes by assisting clients in creating robust transfer pricing documentation and securing ATRs for their transfer pricing practices.

Max began his career in 2004 at an international law firm, where he developed his expertise on indirect taxes for five years. Since 2009 he has been working at Meijburg, further deepening his knowledge. His focus on providing VAT advice in the international market and his more than 20 years of experience mean Max offers both strategic and hands-on tax advice to emerging and fast-growing companies. He guides them in their growth and international expansion and helps them navigate the complex tax landscape. Jurgen is partner at Meijburg & Co and has more than 20 years’ experience in the People Services practice, providing a full range of Global Mobility Services to a variety of national and international clients (both large and small). Jurgen is an experienced tax advisor specializing in wage tax issues such as the Dutch work-related cost rules, the Assessment of Employment Relationships Deregulation Act, fringe benefits and the wage tax aspect of pensions. He also helps clients with wage tax audits and, if necessary, with notice of objection, appeal, and cassation procedures. For many clients, Jurgen is the tax advisor to approach for wage tax matters. He helps companies to meet global compliance requirements in the field of income tax, social security and wage tax and acts as a sparring partner for tax managers and members of boards of directors. Jurgen also leads global mobility engagements for multinational companies. He has managed and coordinated large assignment populations, providing a full range of compliance services to a wide range of clients operating in various sectors, for example in the retail, financial services and insurance sectors, as well as in the IT, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy and automotive industries. Jurgen is a lecturer at the Tax Advisor Training Foundation (Stichting Opleiding Belastingadviseurs) for their vocational course on payroll tax and social security contributions.

Heleen joined KPMG Meijburg & Co in 1999 as a relocation and immigration specialist and has ample experience with advising numerous well-known (multinational) companies in various sectors and industries, including ICT, finance, and petrochemicals. She also advises on international mobility matters, particularly with regard to global, Dutch and EU immigration matters. Heleen is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Dutch immigration practice. Heleen has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas of relocation, assignment management, employee benefits, social security, vendor management and day-to-day coordination of expat populations including global coordination of immigration services. Her expertise as an immigration specialist is also recognized by the Dutch immigration authorities and she is frequently invited to provide input on new and existing immigration policies and programs. As a result of her good relationship with the Dutch immigration authorities, our clients have often been asked to participate in specific immigration Pilot Programs aimed at shortening procedures and reducing paperwork.
