1. Pay transparency is coming. Is your data ready?
On 19 January 2026, the amended legislative proposal for the Dutch implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive was submitted to the Council of State. The new rules are expected to enter into force on 1 January 2027. From that moment on, employers will be required, among other things, to respond to pay-related information requests, and larger employers will have to report on pay gaps.
To support organisations in preparing for these changes, we have developed the Equal Pay Report Dashboard. This dashboard provides quick insight into pay differences and supports both reporting requirements and compliance with the new EU rules.
