We are delighted to invite you to this year’s KPMG Meijburg  & Co Transfer Pricing seminar, which will take place on October 30, 2025, at our Amstelveen office.

As always, our goal is to update you on the latest Transfer Pricing developments and to share our insights into several relevant topics.

This year's seminar focusses on transfer pricing and supply chain disruptions and restructurings. The seminar will start with a plenary session where you will hear from Becky McLaren, Group Business Performance Controller, The Magnum Ice Cream Company, and Anna Elphick, Head of Tax, Treasury, and Insurance, Unilever Ice Cream about their recent journey separating the ice-cream division from Unilever.

This will be followed by a panel with a number of clients that have undertaken recent reorganizations. They will discuss their challenges and learnings with our KPMG Meijburg Transfer Pricing specialists.

Subsequently, there will be workshops on various subjects: business transformations, intangibles and business valuations for TP purposes, Generative AI in Tax, and a follow up of our series "Introduction to Transfer Pricing".
